Request for reopening the decision of implementing neglect charge

If a request for a time limit or cancellation is rejected, a request for resumption of a decision on the imposition of a default fee may be requested. Note that the request must be substantiated.
The most common reasons for cancellation are;

• incorrect registration at inspection center

• the owner or occupier of the vehicle is dead

Please note that a request for a review of the levy must be received within two months of the levy.
