Article 12 of the Maritime Shipping Watch Act No.
Pilots must meet the requirements of Article 13 of the Act on the Maritime Ship Monitoring Station No. and of Regulation No.
Navigators must meet the requirements of the Act on Navigation No. and the requirements of the Regulation, as well as be a lawful holder of a valid navigation certificate.
