After claim is submitted
Once you have filed a bankruptcy claim, the district court will take it under consideration.
The case will be heard before the district court where you have your legal residence.
If the district judge considers that the conditions for bankruptcy are met, the judge will schedule a hearing.
you must attend the hearing or a lawyer with a mandate on your behalf. Others cannot attend on your behalf.
If you do not attend, your bankruptcy order will be revoked
you receive a bankruptcy order in your hands
