Coastal spatial planning

A coastal area plan is a planning plan for defined areas on shore and bays outside the local boundaries of municipalities, which sets out the policy and decisions of the government on the exploitation and protection of an area. A coastal area plan is prepared on the basis of the Law on the Planning of Sea and Coastal Areas no. 88/2018.
