The restricted mobility parking card shall entitle its holder to:
Parking in a P-marked parking space (park) for persons with reduced mobility only.
Parking vehicles for a taxable P-marked parking space without special payment.
Parking vehicles in accordance with the rules on persons with reduced mobility in the EEA Member State concerned where he is staying.
The cardholder needs to ensure that the card is positioned inside the windscreen of the vehicle so that the front of the card is clearly visible from the outside. If an officer or a parking attendant in charge of checking P-sites (stationary fields) requires to see the parking card, the holder is obliged to display the parking card.
Others are prohibited from parking in P-marked parking spaces unless the cardholder is accompanying them and intends to leave the vehicle.
A parking card is bound to the holder (the cardholder) and not to the car used by the cardholder.
