Performance Plan 2025-2029 for air navigation services

The Icelandic Transport Authority has issued Iceland’s Performance Plan 2025–2029 for air navigation services. The plan is based on international requirements and forms part of the implementation of objectives for safe, efficient, and environmentally sustainable air navigation within the Single European Sky.
The plan emphasises safety, environment, capacity, and cost efficiency to promote sustainability, improve airspace utilisation, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
It has been developed in consultation with stakeholders and has been approved by the Minister of Infrastructure and the Director General of the Icelandic Transport Authority. Comments and suggestions that may contribute to further development of the plan are welcome.
