What is the Planning Portal?

The planning portal is an innovation in planning, environmental assessment and permitting. The portal will provide one-stop access to all planning proposals, environmental assessments and permits that are being presented in Iceland at any given time, from the beginning of each cycle to the end. The portal is already open and issues until the presentation and from June 1, all new issues that concern planning, environmental assessment and permits will be published there.

How can the Planning Portal be of use to me?

In the Planning Portal you can:

• View all cases that are up for presentation phase at each time and get data.

• Make comments on the case during their presentation phase.

• Subscribe and receive notifications of new issues or updates in the portal according to the topics or locations that are convenient to you.
