Participation is free and light lunch and coffee will be served.

Please note that seating availability is limited. Participants who have been invited to the symposium are encouraged to register as soon as possible to confirm attendance. Participants are expected to participate throughout the day. Those who can only attend part of the day are asked to participate via streaming. The event will also be broadcast live on Youtube.

The seminar is aimed at stakeholders in the Icelandic health and welfare system and those who make strategic decisions in Iceland. The goal of the seminar is to follow two key elements that were defined at the first seminar: to raise awareness among the public about medicines and to define the responsibility of different stakeholders, i.e. healthcare professionals, the public and individuals who need to take medicines.
