The purpose of the spring research days has been to increase visibility of large-scale scientific work at Landspítali.

The Spring Days of Science in 2023 traditionally focuses on the past year in the field of science at Landspítali University Hospital, compared to previous years and predicted. Outstanding researchers are honored, awarded prizes and grants are formally awarded.
