The clinical research center of Landspítali University Hospital and the University of Iceland is organizing a course in good clinical practice (ICH Good Clincal Practice E6 (R3) - GCP).

The course is intended for staff and students at Landspítali University Hospital who are involved in scientific research in humans. ICH-GCP is an international quality standard that states for the conduct of pharmaceutical research but can be transferred to all clinical studies in humans.

The course has been updated (version 3) and is suitable for both those who need to update their previous training in accordance with the new guidelines, as well as those who have not received training before.

Landspítali, as the guarantor of the course, is a member of the TransCelerate GCP Mutual Recognition Program, which means that the course meets certain requirements and is recognized by major sponsors. Participants who complete the course will receive confirmation of participation.
