Applications for assistive devices are processed in accordance with the Regulation on grants for assistive devices and the accompanying document.

An aid is intended to:

• enable users to cope with the activities of daily life

• increase self-sufficiency and security

• be used for longer than three months

• in certain cases, training and treatment
