All messages from the team are delivered through My Pages on Heilsuvera. It is therefore important that individuals who have a request with the ADHD team have access to My Pages on Heilsuvera and that a correct mobile phone number is registered in Heilsuvera so that an SMS notification is received when a message has been sent.
Individuals on the team’s waiting list are contacted through Heilsuvera. An SMS notification is sent to inform them that they have a message. The purpose of these messages is to provide updates on the status of their request.
A message is always sent to notify individuals when their request has been accepted onto the waiting list.
When applicable, the team may also send messages to:
Confirm that a request has been received by the team.
Notify individuals that their request has been declined and explain the reason.
Request additional information needed to process the application for services.
It is important to read the content of the messages carefully when additional documents or information are requested.
