The award goes to participants who have at least a 40/60 gender ratio in management positions. The Directorate's senior management consists of two women and three men. The gender ratio of middle management at the Directorate is quite equal, or 45% women and 55% men. The award is given by FKA, Association of Businesswomen in Iceland.
