Fiskistofa, the Directorate of Fisheries has completed the allocation of catch limit for capelin according to the regulation on capelin fishing by Icelandic vessels during the winter season 2022/2023.

131,827 tonnes are allocated based on catch share and here you can see the distribution of the catch limit and the catch status of this allocation.
