Human resources policy Fiskistofu

The objective of the human resource policy of the Directorate of Fisheries is to ensure that the competence, knowledge and attitude of the employees is utilized in the best way possible, so that the different needs of the customers are met. Human resource policy is based on values of the Fisheries Office which are trust, respect and progressiveness.

The policy is divided into six main categories:

1. Team

The Directorate of Fisheries emphasises:

  • That at the Directorate of Fisheries there is good working atmosphere, good communication and good cooperation.

  • That staff experience that everyone works on an equal basis and that it is always possible to communicate their ideas to all the staff of the Directorate of Fisheries.

  • Ensuring employee participation in the development and development of the Directorate of Fisheries.
