Course description: The objective of this training is to ensure that employees and managers understand the manifestations and consequences of sexual harassment and receive tools to prevent such behavior. Emphasis is placed on raising awareness and introducing methods that workplaces can use to create a better work environment and more open discussions about the issue.

Special emphasis is also placed on managerial responsibility and the importance of a healthy workplace culture. According to the Gender Equality Act, workplaces are required to take specific measures to prevent gender‑based violence, gender‑based harassment, and sexual harassment. KÁ-vitinn is one way to meet these legal requirements.
