Notification of security personnel and security guards

Notice of election of a security trustee or security guard

Companies with more than 10 employees must appoint a security guard by the employer and employees must elect a security guard from among their group. The designation of a security guard and a security guard must be notified to the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health.

The notice must include:

  • information about the company

  • location

  • arrangements and whether there is a security officer, security guard,

  • name of security officer

  • name of security guard

Security Committee

Companies with 50 or more employees must be included that are designed to organise actions regarding:

  • living

  • hygiene

  • security within the company

  • to provide employees with information on these topics

  • monitor at work the measures are effective.
