Notification of security personnel and security guards
Companies with more than 10 employees must appoint a security guard by the employer and employees must elect a security guard from among their group. The designation of a security guard and a security guard must be notified to the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health.
The notice must include:
information about the company
location
arrangements and whether there is a security officer, security guard,
name of security officer
name of security guard
Security Committee
Companies with 50 or more employees must be included that are designed to organise actions regarding:
living
hygiene
security within the company
to provide employees with information on these topics
monitor at work the measures are effective.
