Notification of the election of a safety representative and a safety guard or a security committee

Companies with more than 10 employees must appoint a safety guard by the employer and employees must elect a safety representatives from among their group. The designation of a safety representative and a safety guard must be notified to the Administration of Occupational Sa fety and Health.

The notice must include:

• information about the company

• location

• arrangements and whether there is a security officer, security guard,

• name of safety representative

• name of safety guard

Security Committee

Companies with 50 or more employees must be included that are designed to organise actions regarding:

• living

• hygiene

• security within the company

• to provide employees with information on these topics

• monitor at work the measures are effective.
