Notification of the election of a safety representative and a safety guard or a security committee

The safety committee shall consist of a minimum of four employees:

• two safety representatives elected by civil servants

• two safety guards appointed by the employer

The Committee shall elect its Chairman and its Secretary for a year. They shall alternately be from the safety representatives and the safety guards.

The committee shall meet no less than four times a year and it shall keep a meeting book that is open to the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health.
