Newsletter of Digital Iceland May 2023. The core services of Digital Iceland are currently being implemented by a number of government agencies. For example, 5.892 applications were processed through the application system in April.

First day of coastal fishing

Today is the opening day of coastal fishing and 535 applications for coastal fishing permits have been received since applications were opened last Thursday and 517 permits have been issued.

No new users able to sign up for the older Ísland.is authentication system

Work is underway to close older Ísland.is authentication services and closing new registrations is a part of this process.
