The Healthcare Institution of North Iceland has moved its website to Ísland.is
The Healthcare Institution of North Iceland has moved its website to Ísland.is. With these changes, the people of North Iceland will gain better access to the services provided and all necessary information.
The Healthcare Institution of North Iceland has been working to improve services and access to information. Moving the website was in cooperation with Digital Iceland, which is responsible for supporting government institutions on their digital journey. HSN has been on such a journey for the past few years. At Ísland.is, HSN will have an opportunity to participate in shaping the digital infrastructure and services of the public sector. To further improve services and access, the website now offers an online chat from Heilsuvera.

HSN began preparations for this work more than a year ago, in collaboration with Digital Iceland. Emphasis was placed on improving services and making information more accessible. The user interface has been greatly improved and presentation of information simplified. The agency has been on a digital journey for the past few years and the move to Ísland.is is part of that journey.

HSN is the fifth institution to move its website to Ísland.is, and another fifteen have already begun preparations for relocation.
