Acknowledging digital steps

The Icelandic Transport Authority has been awarded for taking all 9 digital steps. The award was granted at the conference Connecting the State 2024.

The collaboration with Digital Iceland has been successful and accelerated the digital journey of the Icelandic Transportation Authority. This journey is primarily about people and their experience in communication with institutions.

Sharing public digital infrastructure effectively maximises quality, saves time, and treats our common funds well. The nine steps are Digital mailbox, Login for all, Application system for Ísland.is, My pages on Ísland.is, website on Ísland.is, chatbot Askur, service website, Ísland.is app and Straumurinn.
