7 nominations for SVEF 2023

It is a great honour to receive these nominations from the SVEF and the professionals involved in the Icelandic Web Awards. These nominations are an encouragement to all those involved in the projects of Digital Iceland and a strong indication that the digital transformation of the public sector is on track. The strength of Digital Iceland lies in all the professionals that can be found within the technical teams, partners, ministries and agencies involved in the project.

The nominations are:

• Ísland.is the category Public Web of the Year

• Réttarvörslugátt in the category Digital Solution of the Year • in the category Technology Solution of the Year

• Authentication system in the category Web System of the Year

• Authentication system in the category Web System of the Year

• My Pages Ísland.is in the category Web System of the Year

• Application system of Ísland.is in the category Web System of the Year

This time, awards will be awarded in 13 categories, with the number of categories reflecting the breadth of projects to be found within the Icelandic web and technology industry.

The evaluation committee also awards prizes for the project of the year, the design and interface of the year and good accessibility of a website.

The Icelandic Web Prize will be awarded for the 22nd time on Friday the 31st of March. The Icelandic Federation of the Web Industry (SVEF) is the professional association of the web industry in Iceland, and is responsible for the award. For more information on SVEF check SVEF.is
