Responsibilities of competition organisers
To apply in time for permission.
To ensure that the necessary supporting documents are included in the application.
To introduce the competition rules and conditions of the competition license to the competitors before the competition takes place.
The competitor is responsible for damage to roads and other structures, as well as to nature, caused by driving competitions or other driving of competitors or employees during competitions.
The racing competition organizer shall take the necessary measures to ensure the safety and facilities of the spectators in driving competitions in accordance with the recommendations of the sheriff.
The contestant shall pay the costs and shall put on insurance, if required, for special law enforcement and security measures that are deemed necessary in the opinion of the police commissioner.
In the event of changes in the date or time of driving competitions according to the issued licence, the organizer shall notify the police commissioner of changes.
