If the certificate does not arrive in the digital mailbox, you should be able to retrieve the document from the application itself. It is best to find the application on Island.is, log in and retrieve the certificate there.

You can also find it on My pages and in the Island.is app. Under my pages go to 'Applications', where you can then go into the application itself and retrieve the certificate.

If the certificate is neither in the digital mailbox nor under the application itself, we ask you to contact us and we will assist you further.
