In order to acquire a license for work machines, you have to take a theoretical course
in the relevant machine category. The AOSH offers a so-called Primary course but private parties hold courses on larger construction machines.

After passing a written exam, practical training takes place under the guidance of an instructor in the workplace and finally a practical exam is carried out by the AOSH. If the student passes the exam, a work machine certificate is issued.
