About the health and safety plan

It should clearly identify workplace risks and explain how those risks have been or will be prevented or minimized through appropriate preventive measures.
More about the health and safety plan.
Risk assessment
The method for conducting a risk assessment is optional, and workplaces have the flexibility to choose an approach that best suits their operations. The process outlined below assumes that the risk assessment is divided into two steps, with the goal of identifying risks that may cause accidents, strain, or discomfort, and assessing the likelihood of these risks materializing.
Health protection and risk prevention plan
After the risk assessment has been completed, it is important to create a summary of the identified risks to gain a better overview. The next step is to select measures to eliminate or reduce the risks so that they have minimal impact on employees. These measures are known as preventive actions.
The goal is always to ensure that employees work under as little risk as possible.
