UK–Iceland Explorer scholarships are intended for Icelandic students who plan to pursue postgraduate studies at university level in the United Kingdom.
The aim of the UK–Iceland Explorer Scholarship Fund is to strengthen cooperation between the United Kingdom and Iceland in the field of higher education. The fund supports Icelandic students who wish to study in the UK, strengthens the scientific and research communities of both countries, and lays the foundation for further bilateral research collaboration between them.
Scholarships are awarded for studies in all academic disciplines. However, priority is given to studies in the field of space sciences and related disciplines.

Icelandic students who will pursue a postgraduate degree in the UK in the upcoming academic year.
