Environmental Factors

When organizing a workspace, it has to be taken into account the work to be done there. The work space must be safe and healthy, easy to clean, maintain and use appropriately. 

• It must be ensured that all traffic routes are easy and marked so that staff have adequate and safe working space. 

• It is assumed that the size of the work room, which is used for the main part of the working day, is not less than 7 m² and every employee should normally be able to use 12 m³ of air space during their work.
