Educational material for car rental, for driving foreign drivers in Iceland
The Icelandic Transportation Agency has issued material to increase the safety of foreign drivers on the roads. The educational materials can be found under the Icelandic Transportation Authority.
Steering wheel panels
The steering wheel cards are issued for summer and winter. The format is emphasised on graphical presentation, with the text in English accompanied by small booklets with the same material in six languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Chinese). There are 250 steering wheel panels per package, and car rentals are encouraged to take care to ensure that the quantity is needed.
