Send confirmation of employment
The right to unemployment benefits is calculated based on your employment history and employment rate over a 12-month period.
Process
An individual applies for unemployment benefits.
The employer logs into My Pages and clicks on Confirmation of Employment Periods on the homepage. The person must hold a mandate.
Confirmation
In the confirmation, the following must be registered:
The individual’s employment periods over the past three years,
employment rate and any breaks in employment, if applicable,
the reason for termination of employment,
unused vacation days at the end of employment,
information on payments made upon termination,
which trade union and pension fund contributions were paid to.
