Cancellation of payment adjustment
If the depositary considers that the applicant no longer qualifies for the payment adjustment law, he/she proposes to cancel the debtor's authorisation to make payment adjustment, for example:
because of the applicant's changed circumstances or new information that emerges after the application has been accepted.
when the depositary considers that the applicant has not fulfilled his obligations or if the applicant has not made his financial statements adequately clear.
