Submit a complaint to the Icelandic Media Commission

Complaints arising from alleged violations of the provisions of the Media Act No 38/2011, the Act on the Icelandic National Broadcasting Service No 23/2013, and the Act on children’s access to films and video games No 62/2006 can be submitted to the Icelandic Media Commission.

Please note that the complaint form is only available in Icelandic. Complaints can also be submitted via email to postur@fjolmidlanefnd.is. Also note that the English translations of the acts are not up to date. There could be discrepancies between the translations and the current text of the acts in Icelandic.
