The annual report of the Icelandic Data Protection Authority for 2025 has been published. The report includes statistical information and various interesting facts about the role and activities of the Icelandic DPA, as well as the foreword by the Director.

The European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) recently published findings that highlight the challenges facing EU institutions in ensuring the right of individuals to access their personal data under Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
