Improvements to the District Hospital in Neskaupstaður

Due to necessary improvements in the hospital ward of District Hospital of East Iceland, operations will be limited in June.

Emergency services will remain intact, the possibility of surgery will be limited and it will not be possible to offer maternity services at this time.

The response of the HSA has been strengthened as well as cooperation with other health institutions.
