The Directorate of Health has decided to change the application process for specialist licenses in subspecialties. The decision follows a recent Ministry of Health ruling and aims to clarify and improve the procedure. The change takes effect immediately, and pending applications will now be processed.

The National Archives of Iceland and the cybersecurity company Varist recently signed an agreement on the implementation of Varist software to protect important data in the institution’s long-term preservation. The solution, Varist Hybrid Detection Engine, is specifically designed to scan and analyze data based on known and unknown threats.
