A proposal for the 2022 East Fjords Coastal Zone Plan is available, presented according to Article 12 of the Law on the Planning of the Sea and Coastal Regions No. 88/2018. The plan proposes a policy for the use of an area that covers the fjords and bays from Almenningsfles in the north to the Whites in the south.
