Reporting security incidents
This form allows you to report an incident/risk to the cyber security unit CERT-IS. Examples of security incidents include phishing, brute force attacks, or data hijackings.
Confidence
All parties are free to report security incidents and all information is treated as confidential. CERT-IS is excluded from the information law but in the case of compulsory notification under or, the notification will be forwarded to the relevant supervisory authority.
After reporting a security incident
CERT-IS reviews all notifications during daytime working hours but the response of the unit depends on whether assistance is requested in the notification or it is marked for information. Outside of working hours, operators of critical infrastructure can contact the CERT-IS hotline.
To use the form, you must log in with an electronic ID, but if this is not possible, you can send a notification by email to cert@cert.is.
