Order Cargo Security Seals
To order cargo security seals for a company, the company must be approved by Iceland Revenue and Customs as a cargo security operator. The company manager must also have access to the company’s account on the Cargo Security Administration Website, including a username and password.
Ordering and Delivery of Seals
The company manager logs in to the Cargo Security Administration Website.
Selects Innsigli > Panta innsigli.
Selects the type of seal (Boltainnsigli or Vírinnsigli).
Enters the number of cargo security seals to order. Seals are supplied in packs of 250.
Selects how the seals should be delivered once they are ready:
Sent cash on delivery by post.
Collected from Iceland Revenue and Customs at Katrínartún 6, Reykjavík. The person collecting the seals must present valid identification and written authorisation from the company manager. For example, the authorisation can be written on a printed screenshot of the order. Payment is not required when the seals are collected. An invoice will be sent to the company after delivery.
