Lost money with fraudulent online shop
1. Contact your bank or your financial service provider
If you paid with your card for a product or service that was not delivered, you may be entitled to a refund. The sooner you act, the greater the chances of recovering your money.
2. Report to the police
Report the fraudulent online store to the police. Even if you can’t get your money back, the police can use the information to warn others about the site and potentially take it down. You can report here or at the nearest police station.
