When plaintiff does not attend

A so-called out-of-court case in a district court is when the defendant does not attend when the case is heard before a court, or does not attend when the case is heard later, and has not submitted a statement.

If a lawyer appears on behalf of the defendant at a hearing, it is equivalent to the defendant being present himself and therefore it is not considered to be an outdoor session.
