Electronic Data Transmission
Overview of portals used by courts for sending and receiving electronic data
Please note that according to paragraph 2 of Article 208 of Act No. 91/1991 on civil procedure and paragraph 3 of temporary provision X of Act No. 88/2008 on criminal procedure, documents and visible evidence that are to be submitted for the purpose of case litigation are considered delivered to the court if they demonstrably reach it electronically within the prescribed deadline, provided that the required number of copies of the documents and other visible evidence are sent to the court by mail without undue delay. The party to the case is obliged to simultaneously deliver documents and visible evidence delivered to the court in this manner to the opposing party in the same way.
If problems arise during use, the relevant court should be contacted.
Portals other than the judicial portal are temporary solutions until the judicial portal has been developed and implemented.
