The meeting covered the main issues regarding the beginning of taking an old-age pension. This is part of the training program of TR to guide and inform prospective customers as best as possible about their rights.

TR has taken up the new initiative of sending a letter to 66 year olds about their rights to old-age pensions 6 months before the 67th birthday to educate this group about their rights at TR.
