For a study of the scope, nature, participation and outcomes of maintenance exercise programmes for people with heart and/or lung disease at the HL centres in Reykjavík and Akureyri from 2010 to 2026. The study aims to examine the scale, use and outcomes of the centres’ programmes, including whether outcomes differ by gender or between participants with heart disease and those with lung disease.
Þórhalla Sigurðardóttir
For a study of emergency department nurses’ views and experiences of caring for people with cancer. The study will also examine how nurses assess their own competence, knowledge and confidence in these situations.
Hrafnhildur Lilja Jónsdóttir
