Although the reform is still in progress, improvements are already visible, such as the development of new work processes, increased inter-disciplinary cooperation and changes in staffing. The day and outpatient ward of the psychiatric services in SAk will gradually gain momentum relative to the staffing.

“We believe in the team that is working on this project and the changes include various opportunities for development and participation in exciting projects in cooperation with other professions. In connection with this, we are calling for social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists and nurses in the emergency team in the psychiatric service, a new job to strengthen the follow-up of emergency cases within the psychiatric service.
