Generous Donation to the Children's Ward from Ladies Circle 20 Akureyri

The Children’s Ward at Akureyri Hospital received a generous donation from Ladies Circle 20 Akureyri. Representatives from the organization visited the ward bearing gifts, including two Lazyboy chairs, a coffee table, a side table, a wide selection of toys and games, and a beautiful gift basket for the staff.
Elma Rún Ingvarsdóttir, acting head nurse of the Children’s Ward, received the donation on behalf of the ward and expressed heartfelt thanks to Ladies Circle 20 for their kindness and support.
“It is always invaluable to feel the warmth and generosity of the community. Gifts like these make a real difference for both the children who stay with us and the dedicated staff who care for them every day,” said Elma Rún.
