Fun at job-fair

SAk made its mark once again at the Job Fair that took place at the University of Akureyri today. A large crowd from primary schools in the area was expected, but secondary school students and university students were also welcome.
This time, 7 professions presented their work at SAk: Health information manager, nurses, radiologists, biomedical scientists, doctors, psychologists and physiotherapists.
There was a lot to try and see at SAk's stand, among other things you could welcome a baby, see x-rays of a fetus, learn Latin names, look under a microscope, listen with a real stethoscope, let your muscles shake, learn about tracheal intubation and learn to express feelings and so much, much more.
SAk staff were on duty from 9 – 13 and it can be honestly said that young people have been interested in working at SAk. Who knows but that this is the future staff of SAk?
