The maintenance and technical staff at SAk have brought joy and smiles in their festive outfits during the lead-up to Christmas. A particularly amusing detail is the "risky" gingerbread recipe displayed on the back of their shirts, an idea born from a long-held dream of the team.

“It was our cheerful colleagues in maintenance who came up with this fun idea and teamed up with the technical department to make it happen. Many ideas were considered for what should go on the back, but in the end, this gingerbread recipe was chosen. It'll be exciting to see what’s on the back next year,” says Stefán Helgi Garðarsson, director of the operations department.

The festive spirit is spreading throughout the hospital, with other SAk staff also embracing the season by dressing up. Creative and fun holiday outfits can be spotted in departments and units across the hospital.
