The Akureyri Hospital participated yesterday in the Job Fair at the University of Akureyri. At the Job Fair, numerous companies and institutions come together in one place to introduce themselves and their jobs to senior elementary school students, university students, and other interested individuals. The aim of the Job Fair is to showcase diverse occupations and provide students with insight into their future possibilities.

Enthusiastic representatives from SAk (Akureyri Hospital) presented various professions, such as midwives, nurses, radiographers, physiotherapists, biomedical scientists, health informatics specialists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists. It appeared that their presentation was very well-received by the younger generation and hopefully sparked interest in working within the healthcare system in the future.
