Role

The Patient Advocate is a representative of patients and their relatives within the National University Hospital.

The role of the Patient Advocate includes:

  • Communicating information

  • Providing advice to patients of the National University Hospital and their relatives regarding patient rights, their experiences, complaints, and praise

  • Addressing other issues that patients and relatives consider important to receive information about or to communicate to the institution.
