The Patient Advocate is a representative of patients and their relatives within the National University Hospital.
The role of the Patient Advocate includes:
Communicating information
Providing advice to patients of the National University Hospital and their relatives regarding patient rights, their experiences, complaints, and praise
Addressing other issues that patients and relatives consider important to receive information about or to communicate to the institution.
