The Clinical Research Centre of Landspítali and the University of Iceland is hosting a course in Good Clinical Practice (ICH Good Clinical Practice E6(R3) – GCP).
The course is intended for staff and students at Landspítali and the University of Iceland who are involved in human research. ICH-GCP is an international quality standard that specifies how drug trials should be conducted, but it can be applied to all clinical research involving humans.

The guidelines have been updated (edition 3), and the course is suitable both for those who need to update their previous training in line with the new guidelines and for those who have not received training before.

Landspítali, as the course sponsor, is a member of the TransCelerate GCP Mutual Recognition Program, which means that the course meets certain requirements and the training is recognized by key stakeholders. Participants who complete the course will receive confirmation of attendance.
